I took my son here and he loves milk,but said it tasted watered down. The milk was £1.50
I had the ice- cream and was delicious. Ice cream was £3.50 for 2 scoops & 50p thereafter.
They do milkshake vending machine, farm shop too.
When turning onto Military Road take the first exit on the right as it looks to go onto somes driveway.

Great place to get proper raw organic milk and organic potatoes - which have been farmed properly. Regular buyer, fantastic produce on your doorstep without the supermarkets keeping all the profit.

You can even bottle the milk yourself from the vending machine.

We called into the dairy shop which has some cool vending machines with all different types and flavours of milk and milkshakes. They also have a selection of quality meats and an ice cream counter which we haven't sampled yet but looked really nice

First time call today (4th December 2024) excellent knowledge from staff in both the dairy and butcher's shops. Everything as-it-used -to-be milk is really nice and different to the supermarkets by a mile. Meat etc we haven't tried yet but being organic looking forward to eating it ASAP. Recommend you give it a visit, you'll not regret it 😉

Absolutely excellent. Good information, plentiful raw organic milk, cream and butter. Brilliant organic grass fed meat. Staff are lovely and they even have a coffee machine using raw milk for the trip home.

Got some of the raw milk - was worth the walk over to the place (we'd got the train to Wylam for a walk with the dog). If I'd have known it was there and what was on offer I'd have taken a larger bag and bought more stuff to bring home.

Staff also very helpful and friendly, place is nipping clean and you can see the cows etc, worth a wander down - I imagine kids would love it.

So after a chance find, we constantly return to Bays Leap, the milk has 10x the flavour of supermarket mass production milk, the on site butchers, well how do I say this, the meat is amazing, although you are paying a little more, what you are getting is 10x better quality food from here. We live in gateshead and travel at least an hours round trip to get here regularly... without a shadow of a doubt it is worth it...

Bought some lamb chops and beef mince - excellent quality. All their own produce.

Also absolutely lovely people.
