The store is clean, tidy, spacious, big, modern, full of selection, organised and bright. The staff are friendly, supportive, sociable, understanding, welcoming, helpful, well mannered, professional, respectful and attentive. The price are affordable which is good if you want to stick with a budget or not spend too much money on things that you can get cheaper than other stores in Loughton. I have been there few times and they are good people with heart gold that wants to help you with anything in store if you are not sure with what you buy in store. You should go there and buy something from there before it is too late.

Great family business offering a great range of foreign and British produce and essentials to the community.
Love their range of chilled meats, cheese, a large range of biscuits and cakes.
A large range of nuts also normally buying pistachios or cashews.
Obviously if buying a bottle of wine, being a little more expensive than a supermarket, but it is a community shop.

This shop is overcharging for card transactions
The are asking for 70p charge if you use your debit card. I asked why as the most expensive bank in the uk charges 11p and most charge 6p
The owner just got aggressive as he is demanding the charge so I left.
Avoid at all costs!
