Shop located in not easy accessible location / position (behind a garage) - difficult to get in / out and park - 0bstructed by garage cars, people. (in / out getting petrol, air in tyres, washing cars etc). - quite a ridiculous spot for a shop really.

With all the above, the shop itself is not worth going in anyway and we found it very disappointing to say the least - dirty, untidy and cold shop, which is very disability unfriendly - - met by unfriendly, unhelpful, rude and arrogant staff (man / woman), who clearly have a lot to learn about good customer service delivery - BATA more like BATTY!

Stock limited / out of date (some), tampered with,. Clothes dirty / smelt.+ overpriced.

There are far better County / Farm Stores in Yorkshire to visit, who offer a far better service, much better located, more accessible and give a far superior customer service experience.

I WOUL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL!
