Let’s start for the good things:

The house layout is great, the energy rate also great.
I like the house and living here

Now BE VERY CAREFUL:

On day of completion, when signing in the customer acceptance certificate, say you ONLY SIGN ON PAPER, because when on the iPad they wipe out any incomplete work and if you have a problem they say it’s not included and they have never seen that logged in on system. Additionally they always say it’s not covering insured on your new house.

Make sure you send an email with all defects you found and you want fixed on the house, so you have proof of everything.

They promise lots of things at the sales stage, but many I had to ask in writing from my solicitor to actually have it done.

The ethics of the company is not great, the after sales customer care after the 3 first months is not good and they’ll do anything they can to not repair what’s a defect when they built it.

I had Sharon as a sales person and like the company they’ll do everything to sell, but little to support you. Be aware the more you read and have proof of everything the better. The quality of the construction is quite poor for what we pay.

We started the buying process in April 24 our completion date is the beginning of December 24
Our experience of the buying process, from start to now has been extremely stress free, at every stage of the build we have been kept informed, selecting options for the house again an enjoyable experience, the site manager is clearly on top of all the project and sales particularly Josh has been very helpful at all stages.

We came to view a few plots and a show home on Sunday. Joshua was really friendly and helpful. Gave all the information we needed to make an informed decision and we felt like he genuinely cared about getting us the right home. We will be moving to Brue Place 😊

Arrived here 11th Aug 23. The salesman was chewing on a sweet that was dibbling and had crusted into his beard, his clothes were stained and scruffy. After looking at two show homes, we went back to the office the talk about buying one of the homes. We walked in and two workmen were sitting in the only two chairs, shoes off, feet up on the office desk, playing with their mobile phones. We were not offered a seat, we were made to stand by the door while he half-heartedly talked about a few of the homes. We felt he was keen to get back to chatting to the workmen and were hurriedly ushered out of the door. Our details were not asked for or given. So, in short ... We tried to buy a house here and failed!
We walked over to Bloor Homes and received a very warm welcome. Shameful!!!

Some nice homes within this development. Shame the public transport links promised are poor in terms of service. This is also the same for local doctors...not enough yet more homes planned...not good enough.
