Recently got back into riding as an adult, after many years out of the saddle. I had some lessons with another local school and was being told different things by different instructors every lesson, was being made to feel like I knew nothing, moved to Bank Farm, all the instructors are on the same page and I've made huge progress in such a short space of time! Cannot fault these guys, awesome place, awesome horses and super friendly staff, including all the great kids helping out. Definitely found my new happy place ❤️?

My daughter has recently started attending here for lessons and I am so pleased we have found this place. My daughter has autism, learning difficulties and a physical disability but the staff have always accommodated her needs without being untactful. She has always been allocated to calm ponies and the ladies and girls who work here are friendly and patient with her. I would recommend this riding school with no hesitation.

rubbish service, owner very rude and inconsiderate. Only two instructors when I booked for three kids? Wouldn’t go again definitely not worth the price much cheaper alternatives

Such a shame that my daughter was really looking forward to a farm day but literally just shoveled poop all morning. They were bored and sad about not interacting with the ponies more which is what they have done at other yards. The person in charge was just in the office eating chocolate apparently also. No fun, no grooming, no variation at all. She's been on an assessment ride also and it's been weeks and weeks since and it's still not been put on the system so I can't book lessons. Confrontational conversation with them on the phone about the day also, no trying to help, advice or make it right. I would give this place a huge miss. Very very disappointing.

Visited the petting farm, horrific state the farm is in. Animals being kept in cramped, dark and dirty stables. Have to pay £1 for food to feed the animals...in other words to do their jobs. Sheep almost jumping over the fence, clearly starving.
Bought a £3 ticket for pony ride but didn't bother waiting long enough to do it. Nowhere to sit or anything.
Really terrible experience.

My daughters first time on a horse this morning and she loved every second of it. Very friendly staff and the young girl who walked with Niamh was lovely. She rode Maleficent and she is a beautiful horse ?

My daughter, who has Autism and ADHD joined this riding school in July, after several years at another riding school. I am very impressed with the variety of activities and lessons available and the flexible booking system. My daughter has learnt more in the last five months than the previous five years. The staff here are fantastic, patient and knowledgable and you definitely get your money’s worth. The competition league is another wonderful addition and has allowed my daughter to experience competing on a monthly basis at a reasonable price. The staff are aware of my daughters additional needs and it is always taken into consideration and they are very accommodating when she attends. I am very happy with the experience we have had here and would recommend to others.

All the Team at Bank Farm are amazing, professional trainers, friendly helpful team, friendly people. The team are always on hand to assist you. Horses and Ponies are well looked after. They cannot do enough for you. Lindsey and Ashleigh got my little one cantering off lead, her progress was amazing! she loves coming to Bank Farm. Can't wait for you to open for Lessons again!
