Messed up my poster and didn't even offer a refund. I paid for a large poster for a medical conference. They obviously didn't do any quality checking or check if it printed correctly. All the diagrams/photos on the poster were messed up as seen on the photos attached. I was given the poster rolled up and taped so didn't realise till I got to the conference. I paid a lot of money to go to the conference and had worked on it for a long time. When I informed them, they said they wouldn't send out another poster. I had to drive back to the print shop to collect a reprint. I missed 2 hours of the conference. And they didn't even apologise to me in person and they didn't offer a refund. So dissapointing
