On the 20th of January we celebrated my daughter's wedding in this wonderful place, I can only say good things about the people that work there, me as the decorator and the wedding planner,as well as the brides mum I had so much stress but with the owners and workers help and support everything turned out great, massive thank you to yous especially for finding me a quite area where at times I could hide and have a breather from running about and from everyone calling me and needing me 😊yous were my savers each moment when everything felt like it was falling apart , thank you so much for this🤗 , I really do recommend this place to celebrate your wedding or an other special celebration in your life, I hope I meet yous again at some point and a big big thank you again♥️

We held our 25th anniversary at Balmule House and can’t praise it enough. The house is beautiful and so well appointed - our guests were simply blown away. Franc is a fantastic host, very available for questions and advice. If you’re looking for a place for a celebration, family get-together or away weekend this is definitely the place.

We booked this house through a third-party site for a big group from the USA. Prior to the trip the host was very engaging and answered questions quickly. Upon arrival, they made us feel at home with a great tour and some extra surprises as well. The house is incredible and leaves you wanting for nothing. I highly recommend Balmule house for any occasion and we will be sure to visit again! Well done!

Balmule House was the perfect setting for our 25th anniversary. The house and grounds are just stunning. The drawing room is an especially lovely space. The flexibility and responsiveness of Franc and Colin was also especially helpful in making our weekend special.

Spent the weekend at this lovely house. Accomodation was very good. Worth being aware, though, that the house has a cat, which is not mentioned in any information. As someone allergic to cats it detracted from my stay. The cat is supposedly hypoallergenic. It isn’t. Just in case anyone is thinking of booking and has allergies.

An amazing venue to stay. We were a self catering party of 20 family and friends who stayed for a long weekend. The standard of the rooms and grounds is unbelievable, really high, everything you would require or need is available. A most enjoyable visit. I would recommend a visit to this historical building.
