Ben and all at Balmer Lawn have been very accommodating and helpful. After buying my car I noticed a scratch on the bumper. They paid to have it fixed along with a couple of other very small ones, with a courtesy car provided. Service with a smile!

I’ve never experienced customer service this bad. My wife bought the car from the Dibden Purlieu branch and was very impressed with their manner and service. However, the New Milton branch has been a disgrace.

I have phoned multiple times and been told they would phone me back on four or five occasions, with no follow up. Having to call them back again and again and each time the agent on the phone had no record of my last conversation.

Will never buy a car from this garage again and will never recommend to anyone.

I honestly cannot praise this place enough! I had a terrible experience dealing with Poole Moto getting spare parts for my Benelli, and had I know about this place I would have come here sooner!! The colleague we spoke to today, Brett, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a 125cc motorcycle!

I emailed in an enquiry about a particular car that was listed for sale. The next day, Ben rang me to help me with my questions. He was professional yet friendly, that perfect mix that makes someone easy to talk to. I arranged a test drive. The day of the test drive arrived, and he greeted me and my partner with a warm smile and hot drinks! We sat and talked about the car, its history, what to expect from it and so on. I left my key with him, as the plan was, if the car suited me, I’d PX my trusty Honda. The car was EVERYTHING Ben had described. With zero pressure at any point, the purchase and PX was completed, and I’m now the proud new owner of a lovely car that suits my current needs.

2 days later, Ben rang me again to check everything was OK for me, and if I had any questions. Such a lovely extra touch, which I’ve never experienced before when purchasing a car, be is used (as this one was) or indeed brand new.
