These guys make awesome sauces! They’re great as a dip and amazing in stir fry’s! I love the Mango Passion sauce; nice and fruity with the subtle chilli heat coming through at the end. Perfect!

All of the BalaChang dipping sauces are awesome, Aisian Plum...upgrade your Christmas turkey this year, replace the cranberry with this sauce to lift the traditional feast and slam some Zing Zang into your festive meal, left overs with Brie cheese and bacon...stunning on your tastebuds, Boxing day, Baked ham with pineapple chilli, any pork dish, sausage rolls, pork pies, slam on some apple, ginger and soy, Turkey curry, it’s gotta be Mango Passion, and if you want a bit of fire in your Christmas fayer, the Sweet Chilli is the one to go for, mix with mayo for dips and sandwiches or just drip it in you cheese and biscuits, all 5 sauces lift any and every meal, wether it be lamb or hallumi, vegan or carnivore, BalaChang sauces compliment any dish you wish for......even ice cream?
About time we had some fresh, real flavoursome sauces to put the fire back in our meals, well done all at the BC hub?xx
