I placed an order 15 days ago for a embosser for a wedding cake order. My order never arrived. The delivery tracker clearly showed that the item was not delivered. I contacted Evri, rubbish service from them. I contact bakers world that my order hasn't come. They then wanted me to sign a declaration /contract, name dated signed before the were willing to send a replacement or refund. I initially wanted a replacement but decided for refund. I would rather spend money elsewhere with someone who doesn't treat customer like this. I spend £400 £500 pound a year on small equipment from many companies. This is the 1st that has caused so much hassle.

Wydruki bardzo dobrej jakosci. Topery rowniez. Daje 3 gwiazdki za jakosc obslugi. Pan arogancki nie cierpi pytan. Tak wiec jak nie znasz sie xo mozesz zrobic aby Twoj wydruk lub toper wygladal inaczej niz jest w ofercie moze byc klopot. Vhyba ze pan reaguje tak na wybranych klientow, albo ma ich juz za duzo i nie obchodza go mniejsi tacy jak ja.
