Absolute lifesavers. I lost the track of time and realised Axons was closed. Luckily for me the lady left her bag and i was able to come in and pick up the turkey. Absolute lifesavers! Always great quality food. Amazing customer service. I will 100% keep coming here in the future and would highly reccomend to others.

Disappointing Service, Room for Improvement

I recently had a rather disheartening experience while speaking with a representative at this establishment over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to seemed to be overwhelmed with their workload and did not handle the conversation in a courteous manner.

I asked about the pricing for the bones with bone marrow, to which I received a brief response of £1 each. However, when I followed up with a question about the quantity in kilograms and the specific animal the bones belonged to, the representative seemed unwilling to engage further and expressed a desire to end the call due to their busy schedule.

Excellent choice of meats, amazing sausages (you have to try the beef brisket sausage) great produce. The staff (Craig and Karl) are friendly and helpful. Best butchers in town!!
