I usually buy trays from Joseph Morris, I was recommended to try some sausages for my local store, WOWEEE they are delicious and I am changing my supplier.
I have emailed them for a price on a tray as yet 4 days later I still haven’t received the prices .
Crazy Service for such a lovely sausage.

Lashford sausage is a Birmingham made sausage and is with-out doubt the best ,, Honest,, old school sausage you will ever buy anywhere in the uk. Breakfast thins are my favourite ( beautiful)

I first tried these about 10 years ago, a little cafe at Páirc na hÉireann GAA were selling them as part of their breakfasts.
Sadly Birmingham airport stopped them advertising as they felt they were in direct competition and the cafe closed but I always remembered the superior flavour of the breakfast sausages.
Forward to 2024 and I walked in one of the local co-op shops and there they were.
I now have packs and packs in the freezer and wish I had not told anyone else about them as I now go there and they are sold out! Sadly only certain co-ops sell them (my nearest doesn’t) but they are absolutely amazing and I am so glad I rediscovered them (my ever burgeoning waistline disputes this).

I do not know where to start here.
Lashfords sausages are truly the best sausages we have ever had.
In fact I will not purchase any other kind.
They have a fantastic flavour and low in fat. In fact when we barbecue them you hardly see any fat.
We also take them 'on mass' to our caravan in WALES, where even the North WALES sausage maker champion does not even come near to matching them.
50 special sausages ordered from my butcher for our next visit to Wales, those not barbecued will be frozen. They freeze extremely well.

The best sausage you can buy. Breakfast thins are so tasty. The thick Pork Honey and Mustard are great for an evening meal, my favourite with some quality mash potatoes. Guy’s keep up the fantastic standard you have set.

My local Co op has started stocking Lashfords sausages.
I was raving about them to my mate the other day and he said they are the only sausages his Mrs buys.
The dog now has a big bag of Richmonds in the freezer, as I will not be eating any others from now on..
