This year my husband & I celebrated 31 years together and chose the Aviator because we'd always wanted to visit, but never got around to it. We'd heard lots of good things and had driven past many times because we live locally.|From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. |What a lovely gesture being offered a cocktail on arrival at reception! A great way to start your weekend 😉🍸|The room was stunning, and a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake was waiting for us. We chose an airside room, and even though the weather wasn't great, when the skies cleared there was a beautiful sunset and view over the airfield. We stayed for 2 nights, having the 5 course Tasting menu the first evening and Brasserie dining menu on the second evening. Both meals were exceptional, especially the tasting menu. We chose the option of wine pairings and were treated to being served and educated by the lovely Louis. His knowledge of wine pairing is extraordinary. All the staff in the hotel, Brasserie restaurant and Sky Bar that we saw were amazing. The breakfast menu had a great selection, and if you do still have room for lunch, then the Sky Bar has a fantastic selection. We chose small plates and shared so we could try a few new dishes without filling up too much before dinner. |The cocktail selection is also amazing. |What a weekend that was! |💕Thank you so much to all the staff at the Aviator for a wonderful stay! We did not stay at the hotel but visited with family for drinks and dinner. The wine and spirits selections were top notch and the food and service were fantastic. Plane spotters will love the view of the airport and runways.

Booked an evening for a birthday gift with a meal in the Brasserie restaurant. The Sky bar is very nice. Jack in the Brasserie restaurant was excellent, we had the tasting menu which was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, we had a suite which has a large curved TV in the living room area. Excellent views of the runway of Farnborough airport watching plenty of private jets take off and land.

Hayley and Hannah demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a remarkably friendly demeanor. Their passion for events and dedication to realizing their guests' visions were clearly evident.

Fantastic Sunday lunch. Excellent value for money and attentive friendly staff. The speciality breads were wonderful and the drinks very reasonably priced. Thank you for an all round excellent dining experience.

We stayed over night here on a Saturday, I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have stayed at in the UK. The service is beyond excellent. We had a double room which over looked the runway and although it was raining, it was perfect to see the Private Jets take off and Land. The shower was perfect and the room was very clean. We spent the late afternoon and early evening in the Sky Bar. Plenty of staff that are obviously highly trained liked after us so well. We sampled several cocktails which were some the best I have ever had and were so well presented. They obviously take great pride in their craft. We had food which was very good before heading downstairs to the other bar for more drinks. I cannot find any fault with this hotel at all! Thank you.

The Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of options on buffet. Change from my previous stays at the Aviator, they have added a small refrigerator to the room which was the only thing that I felt was previously missing. Kesari remembered my wife from a trip two years ago and asked how she was doing. A+++

It was a pleasure to celebrate a friends birthday with an afternoon tea at The Aviator, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the stunning views added to the prestige of the afternoon.

The selection of teas was exquisite, and the variety of the food was amazing - each bite was a delight.

What added to the making the experience exceptional, was our server, Adele. She was nothing short of perfect—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. She took the time to ensure that every detail was taken care of and made us feel incredibly special throughout the entire experience. Her warm and welcoming personality really added to the celebration, The servers that looked after us once Adele had left for the day were also fantastic and we couldn't have asked for better service.

The cocktails are also out of this world. Top class ingredients, and presentation and tasted so good - we may have had several..!!

Thank you to Adele and the team at The Aviator for making this birthday afternoon tea so memorable. It was a truly lovely celebration, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!
