Avoid this company. Purchased a wheelbarrow - was total rubbish and rusted within a few months - even though it was claimed to be galvanised.

No delivery item. First, I ordered a digital frame with an 8GB flash card. After 3 weeks of waiting, I sent them an email to inform them that I hadn’t received the parcel. I received an email back informing me that they don’t have any 8GB flash drives, but I will receive a 4GB one instead. I said okay, even a 4GB one is fine, then nothing happened. Another month passed and I still have not received the item. And by the way, regarding the money back, take your things from there; you’re not going to receive anything.

I've been trying to get a refund out of this company for weeks and to no avail. Shocking customer service. They don't respond to communication. Don't buy from them - they'll take your money and run.

Item not delivered to the correct address. Impossible for me to collect from an address down the road as too heavy.
No attempt was made to ensure that the delivery was corrected. I had to arrange for a third party to deliver it to me.
Refusal to offer any refund for inconvenience when a reasonable complaint was made.

Thieves! We called their call centre as the boiling tap and boiler combo wasn’t clear on their website. So as not to mis-order, I called them, had this confirmed and then ordered over the phone. The item arrived in good time but no boiler for the tap!! Called their office again and they admitted they made a mistake on the phone and online. Wouldn’t put me through to owner and said it was the mistake but they couldn’t do anything about it, and I should swallow the £500 that I have now under-quoted my customer.
Tragic customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Seriously bad. I bought a 'Heavy Duty Folding and Fixed Toe Sack Truck with Pneumatic wheel - 200KG capacity' - it turned up with self assembly wheels. No instructions. I emailed and phoned but the company was unreachable/unresponsive. AVOID

Shocking customer service, owners/directors won't talk to their own customers and hide behind their staff rather than face the music. Staff told to tell customers that none of the directors reside at the Tetbury Babdown Airfield to avoid dealing with the problem created by a member of staff who made a mistake. I accept mistakes are made, i don't accept it when they are not put right - UK customer service at it's very worst!!!

These stools were perfect in my new kitchen. The seat pads were soft enough but not too soft, the colour was spot on and the quality of the product seems good. Let’s see how they stand up to the rigours of family life. Impressed so far.
