We had a beautiful laid back wedding overlooking a Cornish cove.
We wanted a cake that would tie in with our laid back vibe and theme of the beach but that also tasted incredible. Enter Louise!
We reached out to Ausel Cakes and Catering, a very basic idea of what we wanted was given but ultimately we left the rest in Louise’s capable hands to use her creative talent and vision to create the perfect cake for our special day.
I can honestly say it was beyond perfect and Louise did the most fantastic job. We were blown away with the final result both visually and when it came to the taste test!
The beautiful flavours Louise put together had everyone wanting more! There wasn't any left by the end of the night and everyone commented on how delicious it was.
We had never been to the area and communicated purely over phone calls/messages. From start to finish the process was incredibly smooth and we very much put all our faith in Louise and she didn’t disappoint! She couldn’t do anymore to go out of her way, create our beautiful cake and then hand deliver it to the venue.
We never met Louise but we want to express our true gratitude with the service provided and the final end product as you managed to get us and our cake spot on. Thank you so much. G & H
