Sometimes, it’s not just about the company itself but the customer service that truly makes a difference. Today, after delivering to the hotel where I’m staying, ADAM from Arthur David Food Services went above and beyond to assist me.

I had accidentally taken the keys from work and needed to return them urgently. With no taxis available early in the morning, unreliable public transport in Brent Knoll, and rain pouring down, I was stuck and exhausted. Adam kindly offered me a lift to help resolve the situation, even though it wasn’t part of his job.

As a visitor, I was deeply moved by his kindness and willingness to help. Such people make all the difference, and it’s a pleasure to encounter someone so thoughtful and professional

We have been receiving home deliveries and cannot fault the service or products at all, ordering is so easy and with delivery from next day, it's so handy! Any queries are answered and resolved with urgency and genuine care, which is so refreshing! The range of products available is very impressive and they always arrive safely and with a smile. I have used these guys for a couple of years now supplying the pub I work in and I'm so happy to find they are doing home deliveries.
The fresh produce is always top notch and they do have supplies of some things you couldn't get your hands on at the supermarket. On top of this they do have a range of fine foods and things you just couldn't find or beat in your supermarket even during normal times.

use to be one of the best wholesalers around but over the past year they have become the worst. withdrawn support for small business by introducing a £30 daily order limit. over the the past 3 months they have made so many mistakes that i've lost account, late deliveries to the point of turning up once the shop is shut! how is that any use to any one? they are not only withdrawing support for small business they are also costing them money! because when you call them to compain they won't do anything to put it right. you've lost money, thats a shame put up with it is there attitude. many times i've had to put there errors right with my customers at my own expense because that's the right thing to do, but they won't, they refuse to do anything or admit fault. they have now closed all accounts under £650 per month, well guess what Arthur David if you hadn't introduced the minimum order then my account would be over £650.

anyway, don't waste your time, go support a wholesaler who wants your business

Dangerous driving down narrow country lanes, rude driver and I would seriously question the ethics of this company which has completely deceived me and weaselled their way around my back to unjustly claim against my insurance after they said they were not going to, so that I would retract my claim. I have been completely messed around, and I continue to see the company van drive dangerously in my area. Do not give this company your money.

Just received absolute abuse from one of your drivers who was parked in Lidls carpark in Cross Hands Carmarthenshire just an hour ago. He was parked at an angle across 2 bays , obstructing the whole area especially the disabled bays and across the pathway which is access for pedestrians and wheelchair users as van was protruding into road obstructing view .When I brought this tohis attention he was verbally abusive . I have taken photo graphs of the incident. Unexcusable behaviour, he even said are all you welsh like this .
Not a good advert for your company Arthur David . !!!

I have had several deliveries from Mr. David and Co. The service is superb, the goods are fresh and of excellent quality, and the office staff are helpful to the nth degree. This is surely the way of the future with deliveries in their modern vans. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough and the size of the cauliflowers alone are worth 5 stars! Keep it up!
