Really disappointed.

🚫Without regular use it’s useless just like the customer service.

❌ Owned the product for over 4 years and during the last 2 years it has not been required regularly. Now it will not hold its charge. Only for me to be told it’s ‘like a mobile phone when the battery dies’. So despite owning both an arc health and arc equine I now have two expensive and useless pieces of equipment that I have strived to make sure were stored and kept in good clean working order but which I had not read anywhere, that you need to keep it in regular use or it will become useless.

Had a really bad experience with Arc Equine. We used on two of our dressage horses and they both sustained small wounds/grazes on their legs- exactly where the pad sits. We always followed the Arc Equine guide! Despite this both horses developed two hard splint-like lumps on their legs, again exactly where the pads sit. Had to get a vet out for the problems caused by the Arc and the wounds took a very long time to clear up! We look after horses in the best possible way... Would strongly avoid using an Arc Equine!!

Bought my arc equine when i realised my horse had a front suspensory ligament tear. Have been using it daily on the programme advised by my physio. He had his repeat scan at 5 1/2 week and the vet said the healing is remarkable. Massive improvement since the initially scan. Im very impressed and have been using it on myself too!

I think it helped reduce pain for my horse who had acute laminitis. He definitely did not need all the bute that was prescribed.
Other horse banged knee and heat and swelling went down within a few days.
I would definitely reccomend this product!

Absolutely love the arcequine, we use it for maintenance on two eventer's, 1 ex racehorse and a family pony. Our tb came to us with Infected mudfever he also suffered with very swollen legs after stabling, using the arc allowed us to treat his mud fever while still been turned out. This year he has not had 1 scab and never has swollen legs.
