Absolutely fantastic service from Apuljack. I had an Ebl 104 fail on Tuesday,and am going away for a month this Friday! The fast and efficient service was fantastic. The definitely saved my whole trip. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had problems with the Fuseboard and Control panel in our mobile home, Fendt K500, It is 16 years old and I could not find new spare parts. No service companies could or would help us. However, we were tipped off about a company with talented engineers, Apuljack in England. Fuseboard and Control panel were quickly repaired and returned to us.

Wow what a superb company. Had a burnt out PCB on my caravan Motormover, delivered it to them 9 am Wednesday morning had e-mails updating state of repair including cost within the hour, collected 4.pm on Thursday £50 under estimate , refitted ready for a week on Dartmoor fantastic can’t rate them highly enough first class communication

I sent an LT500 control panel for repair i was told there was nothing wrong
2 days later I was told I needed a new one and it would take upto 6 weeks almost £600 + I belive there was a charge for the initial test
A little over 6 months later it arrived and the same problem was found
The van was usable even with the faulty part but I was not told this so I lost 6 months of use because apuljack had my original part
EVERY time I try to contact the engineers they are in meetings or funerals
Was told they would contact the makers of the panel that was just over a week ago so I'm expecting another 6 months wait
So in short they did eventually get me the part I ordered but the customer service is not what I would of expected from a company with such good Google reviews
I would say use this company but I would definitely take caution with any time scales that they give and if you need follow up care expect a lengthy wait

Highly disappointed with the customer service I have recently experienced from Apuljack Engineering. Spent £349 on a repair, had a number of queries which were completely ignored and communication both by phone and email was extremely rude with the receptionist. Avoid if possible. This company take their customers for granted. One star is too generous.

Just to add a post script to this review. Received my unit back after paying another €68 in customs duty- to be fair this is beyond their control. I took the parcel with me as in a hurry when leaving home. When I went to fit it the unit arrived with no fuses. Please note it had a significant number of fuses when I sent it to them. This added insult to injury and caused a major delay, cist and inconvenience to my already poor experience. When I complained by email to Paul (director) I received no acknowledgement. If you plan on sending units from any EU country, please note the customs charges in my case were £66 and on return €68. These people refuse to engage at any level and don't seem to like negative feedback. Will look for every possible alternative solution before engaging with this company again. Be warned, engage their services with your eyes open.

Brilliant company. They were able to assist with a faulty control panel and fuse box on my 2009 campervan. I sent both to them and they diagnosed the fuse box was beyond repair The were able to offer an alternative fuse box which was tested with my control panel and all sent back to me quickly. Easy service, great communication and I am pleased my electrics work like new again. I would definitely recommend them.
