These guys are now our go to store for appliances. We’ve used them several times over the years as various kitchen appliances have come to end of life. They aren't quite the cheapest around but they are competitive and a good local company rather than a gigantic faceless national chain. There’s no hard sell, they give good impartial advice and information. The most important reason for using them is their fitters. They are brilliant - courteous, friendly and very helpful. They take great care not to cause any damage or dirt in your house. I cannot fault them at all. I’m sure we will be buying from them again.

Apollo have just repaired my Miele washer dryer. It needed a new solenoid. Superb job. The engineer checked that both the washer and dryer were working prior to leaving. Excellent firm. Highly recommended.

The assistant in the store was knowledgeable and helpful. He was happy to take the time to explain the pluses and minuses of the various washers and was not pushy or trying to pressure sell.
The machine was delivered and fitted at the time agreed and the two delivery men were friendly, helpful and very efficient.

I’ve used Apollo Appliances a few times now but I think this experience knocks those previous experiences into a cocked hat. My double oven, wasn’t working well so I popped into Apollo when passing and found a lovely, medium priced AEG that compared well to online prices I’d seen.
I chose, bought and paid for it last Thursday and was given a delivery date for Today ( Tuesday - 3 working days later). They’ve delivered the new one, removed the old one, fitted the new one and taken all packaging and the old appliance away within 15 minutes of arriving. The rows that’s avoided while my husband pretends he know how to fit an oven is priceless. The fitters were smashing - tidy, polite and considerate. I now have a shiny new oven and can start making my Yorkshire puddings again - happy hubby - happy life 😊

This company was recommended by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Communicated the pick up and diagnosis of a faulty dishwasher. Very prompt. Very friendly and communicated the timescale and drop off of the fixed unit. No mess and made sure we were happy with the outcome. I will use them again and be visiting their showroom on callywhite lane and abbeylane the next time i need any kitchen appliances or new fitted kitchen 10/10.
