Went to booked my son 2nd birthday. Sent an email explaining which venue we needed and what our numbers we have. They then sent a booking form stating the venue was available. Once we sent the money and form back over (on the same day). My decor lady had a conversation with them and instead of calling me to explaining we won’t be able to hold your guests and the activities you have planned - they refunded the money back and cancelled my booking. When instead I could have just changed the activities to fit everything in as we were still under the number of guests that was stated on their website. When I then called they said we can’t hold your number of guests in the second hall they offered as an alternative. Why would you offer someone and second hall when you know the number don’t fit. I had a call with Liz the manager who was very snooty on the phone and was contradicting what was stated on their website. Very unprofessional!!
