The new premises are fab. They stock a good selection of items and Olivia the branch manager will always assist ordering in if she can. Staff are very helpful, especially Ross who will always help to find items or lift things without asking. Top chap! Always a pleasure to shop there.

Popped in today for some bedding and feed. Paid before even touching anything. Staff member then comes to load my trolley and helps bring it out. Before I have even unlocked my car, the staff member points out she has loaded 1 bale too many onto the trolley. Without question, I head straight back in and just pay for another, figuring it will get used regardless. The manager then begins accusing me of stealing. I point out that I hadn't even loaded the trolley myself, staff had and any mistake was on them. The manager continues to accuse me. When I get angry at the accusations, the manager then says I must be guilty because I'm defensive about the fact I've done nothing wrong it it's the store who made a mistake.
Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers and completely uncalled for. No apology offered at all.

A great place to shop for all your horse and dog stuff with great customer service

Animall Hertford are now stocking Wahl pet shampoos suitable for Horses, Dogs and many more…I’d highly recommend Wahl Dirty Beastie as it’s a great shampoo and smells lovely and comes in 5l containers at a great price.

Visited Animall Hertford yesterday. Really friendly and helpful staff, fantastic selection of products. Prices okay too. Much better experience than the other Animall store at Crown Corner! We'll be going here on regular basis form now on.
