Ordered a gift for my partner. Paid for letter box delivery and I did not receive anything. When I reached out to them I was told that I had refused delivery, on a letter box delivery. Did not make sense at all.
When I reached out again and asked them for a refund I was told this would be done. That was in beginning of October, I said I would not post a negative review once my refund came through but seen as it’s been nearly 2 months since that date and still no refund I feel I have to write this review. Depending on how difficult the refund is, after reaching out again, my review may change.

Edit ** everyone can see the picture that was put on, clearly there is an issue with your website and what is advertised and this needs correcting as the advertisement of letter box is on the large cookie I ordered. The picture clearly details that.

I would also like to note that I was told my refund was a gesture of goodwill and not usual protocol. If my item has not been delivered, for whatever reason Royal Mail say, I am entitled to a refund.

As the refund took months to come and I had to contact you another time I felt that my only option for you to listen was to place a review.
I do not appreciate being made out to be a nasty person for posting a review about my experience, this was my experience alone and I am entitled to that wether it was good or bad.

Great personalised cookie!
Customer Service is superb, easy and quick to communicate with and excellent updates on your order and delivery progress.
I also received a final picture of the cookie before it was sent to my sister as the company understand you may not get to see the the end product.
The cookie was presented very well and my sister said it was delicious.

I was organising a bulk order (30+) to celebrate our company's 3rd birthday and was in correspondence with Sarah. What an absolute pleasure it was to liaise with Sarah on this; she made it so easy and such a quick process.
Aside from that, the Giant fully loaded cookies I ordered were delicious!! (fresh, chewy, with generous toppings). Sarah also ensured a branded A5 card was added with each cookie that was sent out, which added that personal touch.
