Absolutely brilliant! I've ordered a few times and Lindsey goes out of her way to source products for you. The communications are fab, you know exactly what's happening and when. Items are posted really quickly when they arrive in the UK. Very reasonable postage charges too. I wouldn't order through any other import company now.

The quality of service provided by American Goodies is second to none. What sets it head and shoulders above the others is that you can order specific items unlike other companies that usually only supply out of date products. When your order arrives in the UK it is dispatched within hours. Although American Goodies is a small company, the amount of planning and administration required is extremely well managed. Even when Lindsey was on holiday she remembered that I'd requested something that wasn't available at the time but had seen something similar.
