Elaine and Joe were great from the start. Very quick to get our sale moving due to our limited time scales to sell our flat. The photographer hired to take our photos was very good and professional. Communication from both Elaine and Joe was great throughout and worked viewings to fit our work schedule. Sold our flat in 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend

Elaine and Joe were amazing throughout full process of selling house with great communication. We had to have a quick turn around and they made sure this happened. Home report and photos were done in the one day and our house was on the market within 2 days. Cant recommend them enough.

Brilliant experience selling our property with Elaine from Amarco. Kept us updated (and our wee one entertained) through the whole process.

Moved into a private let during an insurance claim at my own property. Seemed all fine to start with. Once I moved in I found the place was in a bit of a state. There was bedding drying over the heaters, bin was filled with rubbish below the bin bag, nail clippings in the shower, stains over the sofas and bedding, dirt everywhere, dog hairs and food everywhere, dog mess in the garden. I did make joe aware, but I was also desperate and decide to take care of it myself. Then on moving out to go back home, joe had thanked me for looking after the property. I had spent days cleaning the property and then was shocked to find an email from joe for £250 cleaning fee. I asked what I was being billed for as I left the house in a much better state than given and was sent pictures of some dog hairs behind the couch and some finger marks on a towel rail. I explained that I knew I would have to pay some cleaning fee but didn't understand the £250. I asked for an itemised bill and was ignored. I then raised a dispute with the deposit scheme and this was also ignored by joe. Then about 4 months after I left I recieved an email from my local council tax stating I was due £115 as they had been emailed to say I was living in this property until December. I have since had to send proof, contact my insurance and call and email multiple times to have this sorted. I called joe to ask why this was done and he responded that I should just tell them when I left and that he hadn't given them this information. I explained that this was just more unnecessary hassle for something that was untrue and the council tax team have stated that they had been emailed with this Information about myself from them. Really disappointing ending to this all and just feel like there has been constant attempts to take more money from myself. Also found it very strange that no itemised bill was ever sent, no response was ever given after I disputed this and false claims were made about my move out date, especially when there is proof to back it up.
