I have ordered hot chocolate for two time, once i get dirty water and for the second time i get regular hot water. Also i was charged for it. Dont buy from these vending machines, you will not get what you want also you will lose money on process. Also replying after two months of reporting the problem is not helpfull for you or the customers you serve.

I've lost a full £6 on vending machines the past month; it states when a can isn't available that ur card hasn't been charged but they still charge your card.

I fully believe that is fraud, you are promising a product; the product is unavailable, card machine says it hasn't been charged yet it has? Clear fraud. Why are you still allowing it to accept card payments MONTHS after complaints?

Actually ridiculous.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Imma email in the morning to show proof of contact of merchant then hopefully my bank will refund me for your fraudulent activity. Absolute scam.

The vendingachine is at XL Studio in Lpool, its been the same for literal months and no one has come to fix it? Actually a joke.

I understand its £6, I agree not a load of money but its not the point. I've heard residents complain about it myself several times. How its not been fixed or updated is beyond me.

I can show bank statements etc or proof of purchase whatever you want,but you are clearly scamming the public. There is NO WAY you are not aware of this.

Fantastic family run business who always cares and values their employees and gives the best quality service to customers. Fantastic and great tasting coffee which I enjoy in the morning when I visit my local gym in West Kirby at the Concourse Leisure Centre.

Alpine come in to my work (Stagecoach depot in new ferry). The guy always has a bright smile on his face and always stops me to ask how my day is. Their coffee machines are great, well priced and make a great cup of coffee.

Used one of there vending machines located in arrowe parks A&E department..... Absolutely vile.... Hot chocolate was the colour of dirty dish water and had less taste.... Robbing sods charged me £1.25 to swallow last week's dirty dish bowl
