Amazing meat, quality products and great staff. We’ve had the steak pies, you can’t beat them especially when they’re fresh out the oven. We’ve also had the sausages, they were so fresh, with amazing seasonings. Highly recommend

Excellent pork pies, the best in the area. The same for the sausage rolls , all are baked fresh . I was a bit disappointed today to see that the sausage rolls are now £1.20 instead of £1.00, but still good value.
The savoury ducks do not disappoint and are no different to the ones I remember as a kid.
I tried a Cornish pastie today.....nothing like a good one from Cornwall ! It cost less , but at £1.80 I feel it is poor value.

Great family butchers. With highly experienced and trained butchery staff who are on hand to offer you help and advice on the best cut for your requirements.

Always something new to try.

And then there's the bakery with a wide selection of pasties, quiche and not to forget to mention their famous Pork Pies which are worth a trip for on their own.

Selection of easy meal solutions too; cottage pie, lasagne, chicken Kiev,, stir fry mixes.

This place is definitely worth a try, you won't be disappointed!

Some of the best fresh pies and meats in the district...love the pork pies and pasties. They have a pie reward card, buy 12 and 13th free. Steak pies are amazing and the quality of the raw meat is 1st class.

Never had anything bad. Always been spot on. It may be slightly more expensive but its a local butchers shop. They are few and far between... if I could grumble them don't have a butchers window but with what they do I can't complain at all. So will say its good and others will say not. If I've had bad ill say in later posts ... but as to now its all good.
