The whole team at ALCO were a pleasure to deal with. From Tom & Jon arranging the initial consultation and site visit, to all of the guys that undertook the work. The work itself was of a high standard, and I felt confident and secure the entire time that things would be exactly as I wanted. When there was a small teething issue with something, Jon didn't hesitate to send someone back out to check and fix the problem. Would definitely recommend.

We've used ALCO a few times now and have always been impressed by Tom and his team. Everything is well planned and co-ordinated, and communication is good. Everyone who turns up is courteous and polite and if there are any problems, they tend to be resolved quickly and with minimal hassle. We are delighted with the end result and would definitely use ALCO again.

The project was not a straight forward one, with several challenges to overcome that were not apparent until work was underway. Tom's team led by Jon were outstanding, and the job is now complete, and on time, with a happy customer.
If you are thinking of using ALCO then rest assured you are in safe hands. Cannot reccommend them enough.

We can’t praise Tom, Tim (Contract manager) and the rest of the Alco team enough! They made what is meant to be a stressful situation stress free! They kept to the proposed timeframe and watching them work, was like watching a military operation! Great Communication throughout the build and they maintained a great relationship with the most important thing…the Neighbours!!!
All of the other trades kept to the same high standards and every single person went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was A1.

Tom and his team are excellent to work with - great fun, kind, careful, and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. They understood the vision for our unique project and added their own ideas to make it special. They gave a clear quote that they stuck to. The few extras that did arise were agreed in a fair and open way. The team worked around any challenges quickly and provided innovative solutions. I felt I had their full attention and no problem was too tricky. The smart technology they installed along with air-source heat pump and AC has given an extra dimension. The quality of the final build was great, both inside features and the stonework outside. I enjoyed working with Tom and would highly recommend Alco.
