Worst company to have business with ! Never on time … and a lot of the times your delivery won’t show up at all…

All they can do is apologise. Won’t do anything to resolve their own mess..

Not surprised that their drivers walking out in the middle of the shift…

In the nature of businesss that we are - if you had IT issue , 1st it you have to inform us first thing in the morning so we have time to find solution… your representative informed me at 11 o’clock… leave me no chance to sort out the issue… so cause of your IT issue I have to say to my just that I don’t have an item that you failed to deliver… Situation like this cause me financial loss… well that must have been your loss, load food in the cab and send by cab… why we should suffer cause of your mistakes ?

Really terrible service. They have often just not delivered our order due to ‘technical problems’ and they never call to let you know. This causes extremely frustrating knock on impacts in a busy kitchen. It’s always very hard to get through to anyone and when you do they NEVER offer any help or a practical solution. They have also sent us food that is mouldy several times. We have been incredibly disappointed by our experience and I can’t dissuade fellow food companies enough to not choose Albion as a supplier.

Missed items on delivery notes, drivers blaming packers, managers blaming drivers etc. You call to complain, you get some half arsed excuse and apology, before in my case just now, being hung up on!! Then they conveniently fail to pick up the phone despite calling back 6 times. Beyond useless.

Your delivery drivers have no respect for the communities where they deliver. Blasting loud music at 9am, leaving trucks running and parking on pavements.

Horrible experience as a driver... Get messed about daily, Transport managers/supervisors don't give a toss about you.... No wonder there was 26 agency drivers there.

Completely unreliable. One day oranges 18 the next 30 (without any notice) for the past 2 years I have been ordering the same broccoli the last time instead of 3 kg I received 3 cases. Guys since you released the new system, (excuse for my language) instead of doing better you just destroying you business. Customer service 0 as nobody replies. The only people who are working in this company are finance team (Zara and Sara) give these girls a raise and wake up. Is just a shame.

Dear Albion Fine Foods, Since there is impossible to contact you directly through phone calls or email, you left me no choice but to look for other options of communication. Despite the fact that you do not respond to my calls, messages and emails for around two weeks and customer service is below zero here. I had major issues with your deliveries and it seems that your drivers are more interested in solving this problem that actual company is. We already switched to other supplier as there was zero respond from your side and you left us without any information. I have called your accounts last week as they only picked up my call. They promised me that someone will call me back. And since then I m waiting. Well is that difficult for you to communicate or you just have so many customers that you simply don't care anymore? It's just such a shame. I want to place a large order however I cannot get a price list from you since as I mentioned no one is responding to my emails. Can pls someone get in touch with me?!

Unprofessional van drivers there, they park anywhere want , don't let space for HGV drivers to make they movements, so it's really risky if you have delivery or collection there for HGV drivers.
