Alberto’s is run by a young couple. The Italian guy does the cooking, quick, calm and deliciously amazing and delightful dishes come flying out, hot, tasty, fresh tasting and fantastic. The other part of the team is a lady that waits the busy tables, who is also calm, informative, knowledgeable about what she serves and cheerful.
My husband and I were there tonight, his birthday tomorrow, we’ve been celebrating for a few days and we thought we’d pop in for dinner to check it out. So glad we did, the best ravioli I’d had in my life!! My husband said, the best pizza, mostly everywhere, you get a soggy bottom on the pizza base but his pizza was very tasty, hot and crispy. Highly recommend the small plates too. The salted caramel ice cream was outstanding!

Food was beautiful, but portion was on the smaller side. Not a lot of tables, we were sat at the small half tables along the wall and was such an awkward seating spot and not comfortable at all unfortunately.

Everything we tried here was absolutely delicious, from starter to dessert. Small menu of authentic dishes with very fresh ingredients. Extremely professional and friendly service and the place is beautifully designed as a delicatessen selling Italian products. The carbonara was amazing and the pizza as well.

Beautiful! Open 2 months but busy on a Monday night.
Mains between £15-£19, small plates around £7ish.
Simple and tasty Italian food.
Tiramisu, affogato and sorbet for dessert.
Run by a very busy couple. All the best!

Absolutely blown away with this place. I’d read some really good reviews, and so booked a dinner reservation for myself and my best friend yesterday evening. We had bruschetta to start (the sharing version), and then she went on to have the carbonara and I had the squid ink spaghetti. All washed down with the most beautiful glass of red wine. We had some really good coffee for afters, and honestly, I couldn’t fault it. It felt like hospitality at its best. Couldn’t fault the service either. Will definitely be back!

We were just driving through the town when we got peckish and decided to try our luck for a table here. We ordered the charcuterie board and were not disappointed! The ingredients tasted really high quality; the bread, cheese, jam, truffle butter, meats, just 10/10! Would recommend! House red was also delightful!

We came here for my wife’s birthday.
A beautiful reception, intimate venue, and the food was genuinely the best Italian food I’ve had out of Italy.
The lady taking care of us was amazing, and our food was delightful. We will certainly be back.
Also, the wine list is tremendous, with the Chianti 2019 pairing perfectly with a variation of dishes.
If the bill had’ve been double, it would’ve been worth it… amazing value for money.
