Fantastic service. Allan was very helpful from start to finish and gave us lots of great advice and feedback along the way. He advised what items were most likely to sell and pointed out those that would be better off going to Charity Shops or to landfill. He also arranged for the final house clearance at the appropriate time. Allan showed great interest in the items and clearly did some homework/research if he wasn't sure. We were totally blown away by some of the items that sold but have to praise Allan for his encouragement to sell 2 sets of my father's old bagpipes. It was well worth it! Cannot praise Allan and his staff enough, they were awesome.

I went along to my very first general auction sale at A&J Auctions in Cowdenbeath, Fife in Oct 2023 and I am still going as often as possible. Allan and Helen have been so helpful and informative during my visits (as have staff members). They have been great communicators, always willing to respond to questions about sale items. I am local to the auction and after buying numerous heavy items Allan went the extra mile and delivered them to me free of charge. Another added benefit is enjoying a bit of banter with Allan occasionally!
All in all a courteous, helpful and professional Auction House and I look forward to many more sales in the future.

Great auction house with plenty of bargains to be had. Allan and Helen are wonderful hosts who offer a very friendly welcome and a wealth of knowledge regarding antiques and collectibles. Whether buying or selling, AJ’s the place! I cannot recommend this auction house enough!

Had an amazing experience with AJ auctions. Allan was really helpful in answering all my questions over email and really quick too! Shipping price was reasonable compared to other auctions and so were the buyers premium fees. Highly recommended, would definitely come back again

Highly recommend AJ Auctions. Recently took some of my mums gold jewellery which she no longer uses and it was sold on their online auction. My mum absolutely delighted with what it sold for. Really easy selling process and my mum received the funds quickly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and would definitely use AJ Auctions again.

AJ Auctions are brilliant. Friendly people, totally open and honest, and great to deal with, whether as a buyer or a seller. Their house clearance service is also really good. Handy location near M90 J3 with plenty of parking and the soup from their cafe is the best!

Purchased an Omega watch from their online auction.
Very helpful staff, added postage and sent out the same day. Delivered by 1pm the following day. Watch is in excellent condition and better than described, even had the box included which was not mentioned on the listing.
An absolute pleasure to deal with and would fully recommend.
