Extremely rude people they don't know how to behave with people especially their butchers. They look so depressed. Like they're very reluctant to serve you. I wonder why they opened the business.they maybe forced to come to work.

The place has good variety of stock however it's not safe to walk around as the staff usually is moving the pallets above customers head. The meat is disgusting at this place but they are not connected to Ahmed so don't ever get meat from there I even overheard staff members talking that meat has gone off but still decided to serve. The management treat their staff like slaves pure Asian style you feel like that you have entered a shop in PK !! There is no signs that would suggest where stock is kept. They hardly put any offers on and if they do it's usually stuff going out of date. The pricing of some of the stock is not great as you won't know the price of a box until you get to the tills. They are only busy as they are surrounded by the takeaways in longsight & convenient otherwise I don't think any one would make an effort to go there.

Good diversity. Expensive ? as for vegetables and fruits. Found spoiled and dated sometimes with discounts. I wished they had the discount before they mould on, I would have bought them.

Very disappointed as usual Cashier is busy over the phone all the time I was over over charged a few times before but didn't care due to rush of people inside the store and when got home it was actually overcharged prices.

Same thing happened today the cashier charged .e £11.25 X 2=£22.50 for 2 items which were actually were supposed to be charged @ £1,25X2=£2.50 I made the payment got out of the shop luckily there was no rush of customers so.i re checked and matched all the items and found out I was over charged £20.00 as usual so decided to go back and got the money back but I can't imagine how many times I was over charged here so next time I will try not to go.here if I go I will.not care how busy this shop.is I will watch and check each item.and price and i would suggest the same to other customers too

Honestly, the lack the manners to deal with the customer, especially Imran . Add for that No safety, Imran use to let the customer waiting more than 5 minutes in the queue while he is doing his own orders and invoices which must be done in the office by another employee not by the cashier who wants to do customer service.
Need improvement for the customer service, must understand customer always on right , no to shout or swear on the customer. The last time when i came to buy only data as i lost 5 members of my family in gaza , he want me to wait 5 minutes as usual while he is doing the order , i am been in deep grieving and i want to go ! He call me rude and i need some manners, hopefully they work on the customer service more .

The selection of frozen foods such as chicken fillets burgers & seek kebab is good. Also good selection of condiments such as chilli sauce.

I honestly have no idea where to start. Although I come here quite often. The only reason is because it’s convenient for me. I buy meat from the shop next door every week no word of a lie. I have nothing against them but they seem to be overcharging always. Not via little amount is always a significant £50-£80 each time. I shopped here. Although they never argue, they always seem to give you a refund. But it’s not a good practice being a Muslim.
