Took a chainsaw in for repair as previously discussed via phone call. A day later I was called by Ian Wood (The Owner or Manager of the Business) who told me that the best thing I could do is to come back and pick up my chainsaw as they did not want to fit the part I supplied? The tone and attitude towards me made me feel as if I had done something wrong. "Best thing you can do is to just come and pick up your saw "
