Don't be surprised if the recent review by "Dimeet Singh" is a friend of the owner of this shop.

Contrary to what the owner's friend says, it is not always open. Even 20, 30, 40 mins after the shop supposedly opens at 1pm, it can still be shut. The owner opens and closes the shop whenever he feels like it, with no thought to people needing to collect or drop off parcels.

How can you own a shop, and just open and close whenever you please? Surely the one thing customers can rely on is a shop being open at the times it is supposed to be, otherwise what's the point in it? Just sell the business to someone who actually takes pride in owning such a shop and might provide some benefit to the people of Addlestone.

I would highly recommend Addlestone Food and Wine. He's always open and I always collect my parcels from him. He's a great gentlemen who's well mannered and always smiling. His store is very well priced and fair, making sure he puts his customers first. The store also smells like the finest Oud from Dubai. It's always a delight and pleasure to shop at the best store in Addlestone.

Terrible customer service. The gentleman if you can call him that is ever so rude. Rarely open during published hours. I wish that Yodel would not use this establishment. Collecting a parcel is a royal pain. The last time I tried on three separate occasions and when I finally collected it he had the cheek to say “it’s been here a long time” I could not even be bothered to respond.

As others have said... Rubbish shop. Never open. Don't bother getting your deliveries sent here as you'll never be able to collect them. I have tried 4 times! Reported to Amazon who have said that they will remove it as a hub. This shop deserves to go bust with this lack of service.

I used my lunch time to collect a parcel, surprisingly the shop is closed even when the opening times on Google says 1 to 11pm well it’s 1:38pm so why you are still closed? Absolutely rubbish
