Shocking service and lack of product knowledge, dreadful after sales service, these guys middle name is ‘arrogance’!

If you have any sense, when thinking of making a club purchase, make sure you go to a reputable club fitting company who know exactly what they are doing and build your clubs from scratch. Avoid ordering from your local Proshop or dealer if they are simply placing the order with Titlest and Titlest are building them. I would suggest using people like precision golf, Nine by nine or similar when buying/fitting your clubs, as these guys are specialists in their field, they will make the clubs to spec swing weight the clubs to 0.1 tolerance and SST Pure shaft etc… ask Titlest to build your clubs from spec and it will go completely over their heads!!! Shocking considering these guys are the manufacturer/represent the product.

This is a company that doesn't value it's customers. Poor customer service with a "not our problem" attitude.
Carefully consider buying anything associated with this company, if there's a problem they definitely won't help, they'll blame some one else rather than take responsibility !!!

Make some real nice products, I myself only wear foot joy T-shirts and I love all the other golf equipment, if u ever what some quality gear please check this place out and as well if u need a job there always hiring

This company is living in a time warp. Old fashioned designs obsolete management and a very lazy sales force.
Too long they have sat back thinking the golf industry needs there products when actually other companies are now overtaking.
There products are far to expensive and of very poor quality.

Strange place not sure if there are toilets but no place to really wait, but bays are easy to get on and the yard is big enough, mostly polish speaking girls in the factory.
