Absolutely brilliant. Came recommended by several people and I can absolutely see why. One part I needed wasn't in stock and was ordered in for collection the following day, and they were fantastic to deal with in store with excellent knowledge on their products and were happy to share lots of invaluable advice and tips when working on my mower. Perhaps the best customer service I've ever had!

Absolutely brilliant service, very good prices and lots of positive advice.
Ample parking and a level entrance makes it easy to access and once inside there's plenty room to browse around in the well lit showroom where everything is priced, pay by cash/card and you'll get help out with your goods if it's required.

Good service and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Be prepared for a dry sense of humor from the staff but it's all in good fun. This place is very busy so it can take a few weeks for repair/service but the end result is worth it. I took in my old EFCO petrol lawnmower thinking it would be condemned but it's back to running perfectly, job well done!

These guys sold me my chainsaw 4 years ago and it has worked faultlessly until this week, I have always bought the supplies from them to support the local traders, when I visited today I thought that I had gubbed my chainsaw, it was out of warranty BUT they took it in checked it and sorted it there and then, they gave me some advice on maintenance for future servicing at home, excellent result!.
The staff are knowledgeable on their products, they are interested in my questions and I was not fobbed off when asking the "stupid" question and I would have no qualms recommending Action Lawn Garden Machinery to anyone, I am certainly considering a new chainsaw and I will be buying it here. Thanks again for your help today.
