I went for the 7 day free trial and shaker and got it yesterday. The personalised booklet I received with my order was real sound, it explained what nutrients they put in my meal based on my Answers about my lifestyle. I need to shake a few pounds so feel like this is a good place for me to start. Really great product, chocolate flavour was proper decent. Banana tomorrow I think I’ll go for!

Can't reply to you comment, so had to edit:
1. You advertise it as a free trial. There was no highlight, that you have to put the code as well. Even the email confirms your free trial order and at the bottom it stated the prize of £29. Absolutely misleading.
2. Yes, you can compare your product to others available. You are not the only company, who makes shakes tailored to your needs
3. I really wish I read more reviews before I joined your subscription. It's enough to look at the trustpilot, to see, that many people are feeling scammed by your company. It's really better to make things clear and fair, you would probably have more customers then. For me, the way you hid the cost and wrapped it around in a small print, means I've lost my trust and won't be buying again (where, if that situation wouldn't have a place, I would probably reorder the box with the one flavour, I enjoyed)

I was charged £29 for the "free" 7 day trial. Apparently £10 for a shaker (not the best quality, can get it for £5 from Amazon) and the rest was for 7 shakes, which is a joke.
Powder is clumping a bit and it tastes more or less like other shakes, I had before. I have to admit, caramel latte is very nice. They came nicely packed and with a good leaflet. Overall the idea and powders are nice but advertising, that something is free and charging you for it is the reason for two stars. You can get cheaper supplements for very similar quality and without hidden cost. What a shame 🙁

Flavors are ok but the powder clumps too much inside the shaker and it is really annoying, they could take some pointers from whey protein companies on how to make their powder anti-clumping
