I have worked with Aberdeen Considine for a number of years and always admired their professionalism and high standard of work.
I recently sold a property through the Perth office. From the initial conversation to the date of sale, everything was made clear, well explained and concluded smoothly.
The team are very friendly, polite and always available with trustworthy advice. I have and will continue to recommend this firm to anyone in need of any type of legal support.
I was most impressed with how they marketed my property; the photos, videos and 360 tour was excellent.

So far I'm not really impressed with the service I've had from AC. I went with them despite the fact they were the most expensive because I thought the additional investment would buy me some additional care and attention.

The estate agency themselves are quite basic and lack attention to detail. My house had three viewing requests and despite me telling them I wanted them to do the viewings, they tried to get me to do them instead (what am I paying them for?). If you want AC to do the viewings there can be a wait of anything up to a week which I think is very poor, and could easily result in the perspective buyers finding something else.

I have now accepted an offer and the legal side of things is unbelievably slow. I have bought and sold a fair few properties and I think AC are by far the quietest and slowest, and 14 days after accepting an offer, we still haven't finalised moving dates and I'm not really sure what is happening with my sale at all.

We have recently sold and purchased a property through Aberdein Considine in Perth. To summarise we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. Apologies if we have left anyone in branch out - from Adam and his initial valuation and getting us to market, Mairi for legal work which proved a bit more complicated than first thought, Craig for getting us our mortgage and Abbie for being with us all way through sales process and helping to secure the sale Also Stephanie for assisting us with our random calls! Recommend to avoid AC. Generally poor level of service. Always dodging responsibility, never reply or action requests.
Will cause you issues and headaches. Use other firms.
