Bought my 1st hive and an overwintered Nuc in May. The 12 frame poly hive is well made and looks great painted sage green, I called the office for advice and the service was great, the Bees have a great temperament and I had to do a split at the start of July. Ordered another hive and a few other things for 2 hives, delivery was fast, 2 things were damaged in transit and were replaced as soon as they were available. Great company to deal with ?

Excellent customer service. I was disappointed with the condition in which my orders (2no. cedar supers) arrived. Abelo were very quick to respond and immediately sent replacements, no quibbles. I will definitely use Abelo again.

Exceptional customer service from Damian at Abelo - had an issue with an extractor I’d bought from them two years ago. Damian got back to me almost immediately (out of normal working hours too) to put my mind at rest and then sent out a replacement part no questions asked which arrived the next day as Damian had promised. Now I just have to figure out how to fit the replacement!

A truly great Company that sells not only great products for the beekeeper, but also provides outstanding customer service as well.

I’ve had a few courier issues with damaged items - yet Abelo have always sorted them promptly and to my satisfaction every time.

I’ve returned and placed orders for many hives and parts, which shows that Abelo have gotten it right for the customer, unlike another major established National provider.

A truly great company and service, that I have learnt to stick with the best.

Delighted with the quality products Abelo supply.
Most recently I purchased a stainless steel 70ltr settling tank and filter. Both products of high quality. There was a minor issue with the honey gate and a replacement was in the post the very same day. Outstanding customer service. Will obviously use again and no hesitation in thoroughly recommending.

Just want to say thank you for a superb service!
Having been let down by another supplier who sent Super frames instead of the Brood frames I ordered I paid the premium necessary to get a next day delivery from yourselves.
Despite ordering well after the 1pm deadline (almost 2 hours after), I was delighted to get a notification this morning that they would be delivered today! They did arrive and the quality is perfect, the packaging was robust and everything is great! I will certainly be ordering from you again.
Thanks to your excellent service I was able to move my bees from a crowded nuc into their new home 🙂
