Be cautious of the T&C's before booking, they aren't on the booking page and no refunds given unlike most other holiday sites. They don't take a non refundable deposit and hold your payment hostage. So you have to transfer it to friends or family member.|||I look forward to my visit even though it will now be shorter

We stayed in the farm house, there were 6 of us staying for a small relaxing hen weekend. The place was lovely, clean, and spacious. The main room was very big with lots of wardrobes and a gorgeous ensuite, we gave this room to the bride to be and she felt extra special. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to cook at the house, hot tub was ok, however there is no shelter other than the pergola, trees drape over so we often got the leaves dropping which can also become slippery. I would say the only let down was there is no covered area outside to enjoy the gardens and no fire pit/outdoor heaters which would help irrespective of weather. Advice to take a pop up gazebo if you want to enjoy the garden in the rain. Overall though stay was excellent 👍

We stopped in the cottage with friends! What a beautiful cottage. Very spacious, warm and cosy. Great facilities inside, hot tub outside. 2 bathrooms, master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. The staff here were lovely and very attentive! Such a lovely site with lovely people on.

Cottage fantastic , the sight is good .the only thing is the games room isn't very good a bit dated , machine's not working table tennis table not put together properly , a bit if a let down really , grand kids disappointed. But the park itself is brilliant .

We booked one night at this site as we were travelling up to Southport to see our daughter. The caravan park was easy to find apart from nearly missing Dark Lane, but we arrived safely. The lovely owner met us and she showed us where to park our motor caravan. The site was perfect and very quiet. The toilets and showers were immaculate. I was surprised at how many showers there was, all very private. There is a little shop, games room and a small library. We took a short walk which crossed the railway line. The next morning we were woken by the cockerel crowing outside our van. He had a couple of lady friends with him. We live in the country and are used to hearing cockerels in the morning. It did not spoil our visit one bit. All too soon it was time to go. I cannot praise this park enough. We will hopefully return in September and spend more time there. I cannot wait!

Not true to pics on website. |Misled by advert. Willerby Ellerton from £39.995 then turns out they don’t actually have one on site. Would cost another £12.000 to get it sited with all utilities. A waste of my time. Would not recommend to anyone thinking of buying on this site.

WOW, I have never seen a caravan site like this, the grounds of the site is absolutely beautiful!! The owners Sandy and Dave give us such a warm welcome and made us feel as if we were at home!!, Dave and sandy are a credit to Harrison leisure and they made my holiday, The grass is like a bowling green! The hens and the cockerels are gorgeous, Sandy was really helpful and guided us around the site and explaining where the nearest pub and shops were which were really handy to know, the toilets are immaculate and kept immaculate, lovely for the Children as there are swings and a play park, this caravan site is 100% worth a visit!
