Well, products may be good but don't expect customer service of any worth. I cancelled a small order within minutes of placing it, on company's 'customer contact' link. The cancellation was ignored and even though I then contacted by direct email, the order was fulfilled. On trying to get a response, by email and phone I was told that a collection charge would apply, that I should have bought elsewhere (!) and that a manager would call me. Over 2 weeks now, the parcel remains unopened and the company have not responded for over a week. Incidentally, their collection charge - which I should not have to pay under distance seling rules on cancellation - is over twice the cost Fedex would charge me as an individual, not a corporate body. Zero service!

Needed some plastic crates to store and deliver wine bottles.
ABH were able to provide reasonably priced, good quality items for my domestic needs and the customer service support for my queries was really helpful.

Delivery was prompt and efficient and items were very well packaged.

I would use them again if and when the need arises

Love the product, ( milk churns). Was looking for it for a while.
It would have been nice to know that we had to pay extra import tax. As prices were quoted in euro and your lady on the phone didn't think there were extra taxes it came as a surprise that we had to pay over 100euro in import tax.

Placed an order to be informed that all items cannot be sent out due to not being in stock. Promised a refund however one week later no refund, despite calling 4 times! Was informed by a man there is no admin staff in the office, and I have still not received my refund. Thieves

Really good site to order from, easy and clear to follow. Received a confirmation Email, than nothing. Money taken from account, no details of how and when delivery might be, Goods turned up a week later, all as is should have been, nothing to say the delivery was due. No invoice sent, I've Emailed 3 times and no response , I've tried the phone numbers on the website no response, still waiting for an invoice, very poor.
