if i could give zero i would. every time you change your delivery times, deliveries seem to stop- it's not on and not acceptable. I try to call and you never answer- PLEASE SORT IT OUT. Even your drivers tell us that it's in absolute chaos- not good. Please call me to discuss. UPDATE - no contact from AAH. Says it all regarding your customer and ultimately patient care.

If I could give a zero I would….this pharmacist is absolutely terrible at supply for my area, im on several medications that are very important for my wellbeing without them i feel like life is not worth living!!!!! every time I put an order in the local pharmacy in my area can not get my meds because they use this company, they need to be shut down and reviewed on their service….or lack of it, absolutely disgusting

Unbelievable level of incompetence...they put so many patients at risk by flailing to deliver our orders!!!!!
Their managers are always in meetings so nobody can speak with them to get an idea when and how we can get our deliveries in time.
They are AAh, one of the biggest wholesalers in UK and don't care about anybody, patients or their business partners.
By the way, last year we gave them £3.000.000 turnover.

Appalling driving M32 24 Feb. Pulling out in front of me whilst I was overtaking forcing me and car behind me to brake. Van 0898. Then failed to indicate when changing lanes. Says restricted to 70 mph. That's not true.

Fed up of one of your vans being parked on a residential street, BS16. No-one needs that pharma guy grinning into their living room all weekend. Vans should be kept at your St Phillips site, please.

Appalling service, delivers fail to be sent the the pharmacies. Seems like the company fail to realise that they are delivering life threatening medication at times. Disgusting.
