The only place I’ve found that have bones as I wanted to make bone broth, it seems very difficult to find simple bones these days!

Moved to Ayr a few years ago from Glasgow and have always bought my new year steak pies from Glasgow but this year I was running late so decided to buy local and I’m so glad I did the meat was so tender and the pastry was absolutely the best I’ve ever had, coupled with the price being so keen so from now on for me it’s Pickens every time for all my butcher meat oh and staff were lovely and helpful as well giving me cooking and storage advice definitely a 10/10

Just recently started using this butcher as the last one I used started going down hill .It is a breath of fresh air, staff are amazingly helpful and always take time out to explain any questions you might have. Quality is second to none and reasonably priced,would recommend giving them a try.
