A &L Home Improvement is such a great place to purchase windows from. Mak, Whitney, and Teena are the three most sweetest, friendly ladies that anyone could ever talk to, answer questions about windows and screens and not feel any pressure to buy new screens or windows that you don't need. They made it so easy for me to afford these windows by paying only a small portion down and not paying the rest until the windows were installed. This made is a lot easier to buy the windows so that I could pay it all in cash instead of charging i. The two young men that installed the windows were polite, knew their job well, took pride in the way they installed the windows because they made sure that they were extremely clean inside and out and no hand prints on them, plus they even cleaned up after themselves. I also want to add that David Valdez is a very well mannered gentleman who came to my house to measure the windows for me. He answered all my questions about the windows in my house and helped me to understand the different types and quality of the glass in the windows. I would highly recommend this company to purchase and or replace windows and or screens because of the friendliness of the service I received and the quality of the windows. From the office staff, Teena and Mak, to David and his installation crew, Harold and Paul, they all provided outstanding and knowledgeable service with a professional friendliness that seems to be disappearing. They installed new hardware on seven windows in my home, and David even went the extra mile by adjusting an 8th window, so I didn't need to fix that one. They are honest, efficient, and friendly, and I highly recommend them.
