Had a lovely stay in the shepherd's hut - mini adventure for me and the cat. Katherine was a really attentive host, left lots of firewood for us and sent me lots of info on the local area. Go knowing what to expect - it is a shepherd's hut - but they have thought of all the things you'll need. Would highly recommend

We have just had 3 nights at lower farm and it was lovely!
It’s a quiet spot with lovely countryside views. The facilities are basic but just what we wanted ! A shower and toilets !
Kate is lovely and was very helpful , our friends stayed in one of the shepherds huts and they loved it!!! Fun quirky little hut that was really cosy !!
The camp is within walking distance of a couple of pub /restaurants and about 15 minutes drive from Oxford.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others !!!

Didn't want to miss the opportunity to post my thoroughly positive stay at this site. I was there for 2 weeks and can't fault it.
Kate was as accommodating and helpful as it's possible to be.
Great place.
