Excellent goods in team member including very professional fork truck driver. Very limited access due to narrow road.

This company have deteriorated in terms of service since it was established, however there are no signs of improvement and on every delivery we are experiencing huge problems with reliability and punctuality, goods are booked in but not delivered, goods have a lead time of 3-5 working days and on some occasions taking over a month to deliver the goods.

In conclusion I am not happy with the service and hope the company gets back its previous performance where punctuality and service becomes their robe which they wear with pride and goods delivered in 3 days not 28!!

Goods in staff rude, not familiar with words "Hello, please, thank you" if you late a little with delivery they will not tip you even if they sit and do nothing... But you cant expect more from monkey with hi-wiz except one forklif driver he dont know his name but he saved my day thank you for unloading me before you go home...
