We ordered two giant salt & pepper mills, they were sent as two separate parcels but one of them went missing. JD issued a further delivery immediately & the problem was solved without hesitation. The customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend.

These people are criminals. They are conning people out of their money. I purchased 12oz cups and lids , when I got to the event I could not use the lids because they did not fit the cups. When I contacted these criminals they said I should return the item at my expense because the cups and the lids are incompatible. They knowingly sold incompatible products they are dishonest and you should not buy from them. DISGRACEFUL.

Ordered tongs but received different one. They collected and delivered again but still wrong one. I order second time and they delivered different size and colour. Basically, waste of time.

Knowledgable staff and so helpful. Delivery arrived the next day and tracking provided so I could follow my order. Would definitely recommend JD Catering. Will use again.

Unfortunately not a good experience.
Placed an order online and a few days later something which I didn’t order turned up. A picking error apparently. After contacting them they were trying to locate where my order had gone and then relocate it back to me. After a week of no information I contacted them again, still no idea where my order is. After many emails back and forth they finally found my products and sent them out again. But they used Evri! I would have thought after such a mess from your part you would send via a faster courier so that I get the order quicker, and maybe keep me as a customer. It’s now over two weeks since I placed my order and still nothing. In the meantime I have already purchased the same product from another company which arrived next day.
I will not be using JD catering again.

Fast service and without hassles. I ordered few parts over the last few years and i had them next day or day after. Prices are good, actually below other merchants for the parts i ordered so far. Cannot fault them. Highly recommended.

Ordered online and received an email confirmation that they were getting the order ready to ship. A month later and no delivery I followed up with this company to be told that the supplier didn't actually have any stock at any stage so they are unable to deliver. So product availability on the website and email confirmation both complete nonsense. I suspect that if I hadn't chased this they would be very happy to have taken my money and not done anything further.
