I wanted a custom vintage cake and reached out to the team with my own design. The customer service was very good and both the manager and staff was helpful and told me what they can do for me. I also emailed the team with further instructions on the day of the collection.

They have made some few additions to the cake but overall I'm happy with the cake. It was a Chocolate sponge cake. Price was £42.

From Cake shop, I ordered a chocolate cake for my birthday. The staff were extremely friendly plus, there was a menu tablet where you could dive in and research about the various varieties of cake available. Anyways, for the design, it was stunning. They nailed it, from the name to the decorations to the build-up. Every bite tasted of pure deliciousness. This restaurant is pretty handy and highly recommend.

Absolutely Delicious Cake & Wonderful Service!

I recently got a cake from Cake Shop, and it was perfect! The design was beautiful, exactly how I imagined it — and the taste? Even better! Soft, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell it was made with care. Everyone at my event loved it and asked where it was from.

The staff were also so friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommended!

This has always been my favourite cake shop. Unfortunately on the 17th of July my husband travelled all the way from hounslow to slough to get me the cake for my birthday but it had ONLY two layers and was DRY. This is so disappointing. To the person who baked the cake on the 17th July 2024 - Do better!

3 star because unfortunately, the Customer service in this place is terrible!! I think the owner (middle aged asian man), used to work here at the beginning, he wasn't the friendliest, but his service was okay. Unfortunately, since then, he's stopped working here and has employed lots of other ladies that don't understand anything you're saying. This is a massive issue as when you're placing an order, the language barrier seems to cause issues with the cake that could be avoided had the owner just employed people that are fluent in English and understand it properly, rather than employing freshies that argue back with you when you explain that the cake isn't what you had ordered.
Terrible customer service - such a shame as the cakes are decent and a worth the price too!

I bought a piece of cake and we liked it. And we decided to buy a whole cake that was on display for the holiday. But I read a lot of negative reviews and I don’t see a response from the manager of this shop. The owner does not care about the store's reputation? This way you can lose all your customers.
