We've attended The Nurturing Nest since it opened and my little boy was only a few weeks old. It really is the most gorgeous place; there is so much thought put into every session and every theme. All the toys and equipment are really good quality, the space is beautiful and set up so well for babies. Nowhere else is at the same standard when it comes to sensory play and exploration. Elle is so welcoming, always ready with a brew and on hand to help with anything you need - holding baby whilst you go for a wee in peace or sitting and chatting if you need an ear! The keepsakes are lovely and both baby massage and baby spa seem to be my son's favourite things in the world 😂 It's also been the friendliest place I've been to when it comes to the other mums who attend as well. So sad for mat leave to be ending but we'll still be coming to as many events as we can at the lovely Nurturing Nest 😊

The Nurturing Nest is such a fantastic and nonjudgmental place. There are weekly themes and a brew for adults. Elle is so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We love our weekly sessions, we currently do nurtured in 5 which lets you try 5 different sessions to see which you and your little one enjoy. These include baby spa, baby massage and a whole load of sensory toys and lights. There are often little crafts and keepsakes which are always cute.
There are seasonal bookings and photoshoots you can book onto too, plenty of collaborations with other local providers.
As a new mum, this was my first experience of sensory classes, and I love the atmosphere and variety.

The best baby sensory class ever! My baby loves coming here. Each week is a different theme and you get a keepsake craft too. Elle is lovely and has made me feel so comfortable coming seeing as I’m not actually from the area. Thank you so much!

My little girl and I have just finished a 5 week course at the Nurturing Nest and we looked forward to the session each week.
Each week had a different theme which was carefully thought out. The keepsakes that were created were so thoughtful and things I will keep forever.
Elle is so lovely and kind.
Would absolutely recommend Elle and the Nurturing Nest!

As you enter the Nurturing Nest Elle is there to meet and greet. The first thing I noticed was her welcoming smile, she went over to my little girl and said hello, asking me if I needed any help. She explained where to put my belongings, and led us to the sensory room.

Once settled she came around and asked if we would like a coffee or tea (winner- as I hadn’t had one that morning). The sensory room is beautiful and well planned out, each week there’s a different theme which engages the children as well as parents. My favourite part is the keep sake tasks, so creative and personal, things that you will remember and keep forever.

100%recommend The Nurturing Nest ❤️

We attended the easter mini special. It was amazing! We had a photoshoot with 2 photos included in the price. As soon as we got there we were met with a friendly face and she made us a cup of tea to take with us to the sensory room.

The sensory room is immaculate, dim lighting and lights everywhere. Bubble tubes, ball pit and lots of toys. The full floor is soft so you don't have to worry about any tumbles. It was perfect for my little boy who has cerebral palsy. It was really calm and fun. The baby changing and toilets were in the same area as the sensory/play room.

We loved our time there and booked onto the fathers day special as soon as we got home. Can't wait to visit again.

What can I say? I don’t actually know where to begin with this because there’s nowhere quite like The Nurturing Nest. You can see Elle has put her heart into what she has created and thought through every little detail. Me and my little girl have booked on to course after course as it’s our little slice of heaven in our week. It’s such a welcoming environment - cup of tea as soon as you walk through the door - nothing is too much. The activities and room are beautiful and I genuinely look forward to what each week will bring. I’m gonna be so sad when I go back to work and can’t come weekly 😔🩷🩷🩷
