Excellent!! We have been looking for someone to supply us some gravel for a while and most companies don't want to deliver down our narrow road. Logs direct had zero issues with this. The delivery arrived first thing in the morning and went very smoothly on a perfect sized truck. From start to finish, the service has been top quality. I will definitely be getting log deliveries ongoing. Highly recommended 👌🏻

Delivery went bad - hydraulic pipe burst and emptied what seemed like gallons of oil outside my door. Driver was well aware as neighbour told me he tried to fix the pipe. He scarpered before I came out of the house. These things happen for sure but this lot won’t even respond to calls for help to clean up. I’ve had to take a day off work to try and clean the road, path and driveway. Terrible - avoid.
Edit: Second email had them send a nice chap out to help but was too late as I’d already worked on it.

Bought three bulk bags, delivered in rain no covers on, two bag were mostly kindle size (looks like remnants of the log cuts).

Notified company, offered a discount code doesn't explain the percentage off

Would i use this company again probably not, more company's are popping up with better prices.

So will be looking else where as I suggest you to do the same. Or take a chance.

Fabulous company to deal with. Excellent quality logs at a great price. Ordering is straightforward and the staff in the office super friendly and helpful. Delivery is always prompt and the drivers very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for logs.

We have used logs direct for the first time and found they are competitive for pricing (mammoth bag purchased) have excellent customer service and the delivery could not have gone any better.
