So far, so good!

We already had an idea of what we wanted as our friends went with Ultra Cooling a few years ago.

Carlo responded to my initial enquiry very quickly by popping over to inspect the space. He then got a quote to us via the office the same day. We got the appointment 2 weeks later as they had a trickier job to finish first, before installing at our home.

Although we're British, our families are from a hot country, so Mitsubishi air conditioning units are not unfamiliar to us. Paul and A did a great job installing the 5kW unit neatly and cleaned up as they went along. Somehow, my wakeful baby managed to sleep through all the indoor drilling and hammering!

The only constructive comment (nothing to do with the installation) is that it would have been nice for A to ask to use the loo before he did, especially as I'm quite particular about my upstairs bathroom. That's just me though!

Paul and A were really friendly and smiley, and Paul patiently answered all my questions 🙂

Would definitely recommend this company, and will be doing so to friends and family!

Prompt and efficient!
Had problem with walk in chiller Sunday evening 9pm, got asked to call first thing in the morning. Knew who we were already and an engineer was booked in within a couple of hours. Brian was fantastic from start to finish and even give the unit a clean before wrapping up.
Highly recommended.

We would thoroughly recommend Ultra Cooling. Carlo, Paul and Lathan were brilliant. Carlo priced the work, Paul and Lathan carried out the installation. We had two air con units installed, one in a bedroom the other in a study. An extremely neat bit of work, both units were fully installed in the one day. Very little mess but even so they insisted in a thorough vacume of all the areas they came into contact with. The house was probably cleaner after the installation than before! Very professional.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We wanted an air conditioning unit installing in our bedroom and everyone I dealt with was friendly, responsive and efficient. Carlo was happy to visit more than once to chat through our plans and then discuss our changes to them. The ladies in the office were always fantastic and dealt with our queries in a very friendly and efficient manner. Then the install team of Paul, Adam and Nathan were brilliant. They arrived promptly and cracked straight on with the job. They were really polite and helpful and tidied up any mess that was made, leaving the house looking spotless. The install went smoothly and they did a great job of making the pipework as discreet as possible. We are really pleased with the end results and are no longer dreading the next heatwave! I would highly recommend this company.
